👉🔥🔥WATCH: Fed Who Persecuted J6ers Cries In Public after Getting Fired

A disgraced J6 prosecutor broke down in tears before the Senate Judiciary Committee after her termination, which one conservative commentator described as the act of taking “political prisoners.” This conclusion was reached after it was revealed that her partisan views influenced her prosecution of individuals involved in the events at the U.S. Capitol Building on January 6, 2021.

For context, Sara Levine, a former Assistant U.S. Attorney, provided testimony to the U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary on April 30, 2025, where she discussed her involvement in approximately 40 cases related to J6. Ms. Levine, who was reportedly dismissed from the Justice Department due to her work, wept publicly during her testimony and attributed her firing to Trump Chief of Staff nominee Ed Martin, which provoked backlash from conservatives.

During her testimony, Ms. Levine recounted that upon leaving work on a Friday, she received a notification on her phone regarding a memo “that granted Mr. [Ed] Martin the authority to terminate probationary employees from the Capitol Siege Section who had been reassigned to other areas within the office.” She further stated that while she did not possess a list of the individuals mentioned in the memo, she suspected that she was “likely on the list.”

Moving forward, Ms. Levine articulated that following the receipt of the memo, she was informed that “15 U.S. attorneys, including assistant U.S. attorneys, had been dismissed,” herself included. Levine further remarked, “The termination letter I received indicated that the decision was predicated on your actions and the prosecution of individuals connected to the incidents that transpired at or near the US Capitol on January 6, 2021.”

In addition, Levine clarified that in a 2025 Executive Order, President Trump had described her work “as having constituted a significant national injustice that has [been] inflicted upon the American populace over the past four years.” She continued, stating that it further mentioned that her appointment had obstructed the capacity of the acting U.S. Attorney Martin to adequately staff his office and fulfill his duty to faithfully execute the agenda that the American electorate entrusted to President Trump.”

In conclusion, while in tears, Levine expressed that according to the termination letter she received, “Mr. Martin does not comprehend the function of a prosecutor.” The former attorney elaborated, “U.S. attorneys serve to represent the United States of America, not the president dismissing 15 competent attorneys.”

When conservative commentator Nick Sortor shared the footage of Levine’s emotional testimony, he showed no compassion, stating, “Cry more, you witch.” Sortor further remarked, “If it were up to me, you’d be in JAIL for what you did to J6ers.” In reaction, conservatives mirrored Sortor’s views in the comments section, with influencer Sarah Smith asserting, “I have zero sympathy for Sara Levine! What she did was unacceptable!” Sortor responded, “What she did was take political prisoners.”

Additionally, in a statement issued by the Senate Judiciary Committee on April 30, 2025, Senate Democratic Whip Dick Durbin (D-IL) leveraged Levine’s dismissal against Ed Martin, asserting that Mr. Martin had consistently criticized “law enforcement officers who ensured the safety of members and staff during the January 6 insurrection and the Assistant U.S. Attorneys tasked with prosecuting the rioters who violently assaulted police officers.”
